    Modern Brit Icons

British style… it’s just the best. Hands down. The British (especially those in London) do individuality better than anyone in the world. There is so much I could say about British style, but I’m just going to post pictures to prove my point instead.

Alexa Chung. She is the luckiest girl in the world: she is going out with Alex Turner; she is thin; she is pretty; she is British and is an icon for many (including myself).

Pixie Geldof. I think she goes a bit unnoticed because of her tabloid-hogging sister. But, now Peaches is in the U.S.A, it is Pixie’s time to shine. I love her style.

    Peaches Geldof.

Lily Allen. I loved her pink hair. I think she suits being a brunette much more…but I loved her confidence to go for pink hair.
Also, I would just like to say, I loved Lily’s ‘chav princess’ look when she first appeared on the music scene (even though I hate chavs). The prom-dresses-with-trainers look was great, especially when teamed with cheap gold earrings to top the whole thing off.

Agyness Deyn. She is a wonderful, beautiful, amazing person. I love her clothes so much…I would love to see just how much stuff she has in her wardrobe. She just personifies British style.

Emmy the Great. I love her music and her cute style. I dress a bit like her, but with a lot more florals thrown in.

Kate Moss. People are always going to remember Kate Moss’ style. I love all of her looks; I love her dedication to skinny jeans; I love her boyfriend.

Kate Nash. I really like this dress. Nash says in interviews that her style is inspired by storybook characters. She is a really nice, friendly person as well. I would like to be her friend. I went to see her in concert last year and she just came across as a sweet girl.

    Adele. Amazing voice. Amazing style.
